Update from Benton Utilities.

2/18 6:19 p.m.

We just received notice from Benton Police Department that another fire hydrant has been hit/broken at the intersection of North Street and Couch Street.

We are headed that way to make the repair and our plant continues to produce water to refill our system.

Our water plant continues to produce water to refill our system from this morning's hydrant break.

It is taking longer than expected but we'll continue until our customers are back in service.

Our plant is also limited by the inclement weather, but we are here around the clock until restored.
